I had the chance to speak with Brian who is the Ceo of Driven Inc, he was nice enough to send out some gear to us to have reviewed. We wanted to shoot a couple questions at Brian to give you guys a deeper look into what Driven Inc. is about. So let's get to it...

Hey Brian, being the Ceo of Driven Inc I was curious, how did Driven Inc come about?

"After returning from my tour in Iraq (04 to 05) with the Army I wanted to create a vehicle to serve others. After some thought I came up with the idea to create a lifestyle apparel company that everyone could wear. No matter who you are or what your profession or passion is you can be Driven in your pursuit of it".

I also noticed you guys are giving back proceeds from the tshirts to different charities that deal with Trials. How did this come about?

"So many people struggle every day with different trials. Through our Unscarred by Trials series we want to not only say that we don't have to allow those trials to break us but also raise awareness and proceeds for the different trials we depict on our tees. Our first of the series dealing with child abuse in all its forms". We have also recently created a tee called The Soul Knows No Bounds to help raise funds for a great organization called the buddy cruise (http://buddycruise.org/Home.aspx) which helps individuals with down syndrome.

Do you guys plan on coming out with shorts or any other types of clothing?

We plan on growing into a full lifestyle apparel line and will have much more coming out this upcoming year.

My personal favourite shirt is the "Unscarred by Trials" and the descritpion behind the Tshirt "Everyone has trials in life and when these trials hit, our true character is revealed. During these trials we all have a choice. we can choose to be broken or we can choose to allow the fires of adversity to forge us and make us stronger." seems very powerful. Would you say this sums up your company as a brand? And what do you think makes your brand different from many other brands out there?

I would say that is a good summary for our brand.

"I really wanted to create a brand that was unlike so many others that just slap a few skulls on a tee. We really try to create art with meaning on our teeshirts that others can relate to. When you look at our tees on the website you can read the stories behind them and hopefully can connect with them and feel empowered by our message of never giving up".

I see you guys have a Military line. Can you give us some insight behind that?

"We have so many good men and woman who serve in our armed forces, law enforcement and fire departments and who put their lives on the line every day. Our goal with our military line, police and firefighter tees is to show our appreciation to all those who serve us at home and abroad".

Do you guys see yourselves moving more into the mma space? I personally think your clothing line is a great fit for the mma crowd. The name driven suggests something that may represent the fighters themselves. What is Driven Inc's long term objectives as a clothing Company?

We currently have three main focuses: MMA, Military, and Civil Service and we have recently launched our Driven Youth Gear. We have some other great products that we will be adding to the line this year as well.

What can we expect in the near future from Driven Inc? Any last things you would like to tell people about Driven Inc?
